Every item at It's Ki’s Kreations is made to order. Please allow time for design, creation, and packaging before shipping.
Personalized gifts (mugs, tumblers, coasters, keychains, etc.): 5–10 business days
Bling items (wine glasses, mugs, mirrors, etc.) require 5–14 business days. Each piece is handcrafted and includes curing time to ensure strong, long-lasting adhesion.
Party favors (chip bags, water bottles, candy wrappers, etc.): 7–21 business days after design approval
Bulk or large orders: 1-3 weeks, depending on size and design complexity
Orders placed after 1 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
These timeframes are estimates and may extend during peak seasons, holidays, or due to supplier/shipping delays outside our control. We will always notify you if unexpected delays occur.
Note: Processing time begins once payment is received and design approval (if required) is confirmed

Skip the Line is an optional add-on that allows customers to receive certain items faster than our standard turnaround times.
Options:
Gift Skip ($25): Applies to all personalized gift items in our shop (shirts, mugs, tumblers, coasters, keychains, etc.). Orders will be completed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days.
Party Favor Skip ($45): Applies to chip bags, water bottle labels, candy wrappers, and similar favors. Covers up to 3 dozen (36 pieces). Orders will be completed and ready to ship within 4–7 business days after design approval.
Important Details:
Skip the Line applies to production time only. Shipping speed is separate and can be upgraded at checkout.
Orders placed after 1 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Skip the Line is not available for bulk/wholesale orders or party favor orders above 3 dozen (36 pieces).
By choosing Skip the Line at checkout, you agree that fees are non-refundable once paid.
In the rare event that It’s Ki’s Kreations cannot meet the Skip the Line timeline, the fee will be refunded in full.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS with tracking provided by email.
Upgraded shipping (Priority, Express, or with insurance) is available at checkout.
Delivery time typically takes 2–7 business days once shipped, depending on carrier and location.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are scanned in by the carrier. For protection, we encourage customers to upgrade their shipping with insurance so they can file a claim directly with the carrier if needed. We’ll gladly assist with documentation (photos, receipts, etc.) to support your claim.
We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Free local pickup is available on Fridays at the agreed time and location.
You’ll receive a pickup confirmation email when your order is ready.
After two missed pickups, shipping will automatically be invoiced and must be paid before release.
Orders not picked up within 7 business days may be canceled, with store credit issued minus any design or setup fees.
Local pickup may be paused during the winter season or in cases of severe weather. Updates will be communicated via website, social media and directly to your email.

Every custom order includes 2 complimentary mockups. Additional revisions are $8 each.
Orders will not begin production until mockup approval is received via email or message.
Approval must be given within 72 hours to avoid production delays.

Cancellations made within 48 hours are eligible for a full refund (minus any design fees if mockups have been started).
After 48 hours, cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
For valid cancellation requests, please email teamkreations1@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Exchanges or replacements may only be approved if:
The item arrives flawed or incorrect due to our error, and
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
Approved returns must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7 business days. Store credit or a replacement will be issued once items are received.
We cannot accept returns for:
Design errors that were approved or made by the customer before production.
Normal variations in handmade items (such as slight color differences, ghosting, or minor misprints).
If you believe your order qualifies for an exchange or replacement, please contact us at teamkreations1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We currently accept the following:
Credit Cards and Debit Cards
Processed securely through Wix or PayPal.
Zelle and Cash App
Available with invoices only. (You’ll receive an invoice before sending payment.)
Important Payment Policy
Please do not send any payments until an official invoice has been issued and approved. Orders are not started or processed until payment is confirmed.

All orders require an invoice before processing. If you’d like your order processed faster, or to request a copy of your invoice:

Orders are not created without confirmed invoice payment.

We encourage all customers to contact us directly if an issue arises so we can resolve it quickly.
If a chargeback is filed without prior communication:
We reserve the right to deny future orders.
Documentation of the order and communication will be submitted to the payment processor to dispute the chargeback.

We do not handle these requests by text; email ensures we have a record and can respond quickly.

Every purchase includes a care card for your product. If lost, a digital copy can be emailed upon request at teamkreations1@gmail.com.
Vinyl items: Hand wash only. Do not soak or put in dishwasher.
Sublimation items: Dishwasher safe (top rack) but hand washing is recommended for longevity.
Clothing (HTV): Wash inside out, cold water, tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on design.
