Clients need to bring some type of design idea or inspiration for us to work with. Designs must be approved by you, the customer within 48 hours of your order being processed. This is to ensure we stay in the proper time frame for completing and shipping your order. Customers will receive a free design mockup, with the ability to make any last-minute small changes or edits. After 2 free edits, there will be an additional $5 per new mockup.

Invoices :

If a client prefers to get an invoice as their payment option, the client must send me an email and shipping address. Invoices will include products, shipping, and taxes prices. My invoices are automated meaning after 1 hour your invoice will delete and cancel if left unaccounted for. Your order will not be processed until your payment is 100% paid. You are responsible for reading and informing yourself of my website policy page. It's Ki's Kreations LLC that reserves the right to deny the use of invoices without any notice or special reasoning.

Processing/Shipping Time :

Processing - how long it takes us to receive & prepare your order

Shipping - an estimated time for your items to reach your destination

Any order placed after 3 PM CST will be processed the next business day. Processing time is 3-10 business days unless stated otherwise. Shipping is 3-8 business days with UPS Ground Or USPS Delivery service. Shipping upgrades are available at check out with USPS Priority mail service. Tracking numbers are provided through your email AND via Wix chat. Your package(s) may be delayed due to COVID-19 or when holidays are nearby. We are not responsible for packages once it has been given to the mail carrier. In case of an accident file a claim with the postal office and we will assist you.

If you are ordering 10+ shirts I need a 2 week in advance notice
Orders with more than 15 items are considered ‘large orders’ and orders with more than 100 items may be eligible for wholesale discounts. Both orders need to fill out a form from us!
We may sometimes have products that are seasonal or temporarily removed from our website, fill out a CUSTOM GIFT FORM if you would like an item you do NOT see on our website. After you fill it out, send it back over to us and if we approve your order you will receive an invoice.
Turnaround time for ALL blinged drinkware takes 1-3 weeks minimum.
PREMADE products will be sent out within 3 business days unless extra customization was added at checkout.
Turnaround time for Party Favors is 1-3 weeks after a design has been approved by the client.

Any orders needed before the turnaround time are subject to a rush fee of $25 minimum. Please be sure to add the 'rush fee' to your cart.

PICK UP ORDERS / DELIVERY :

Deliveries & Local Pick Ups Are Scheduled For Wednesdays & Fridays Only. All Deliveries And Pick Ups Will End No Later Than 5:45 PM CST. Shoppers Must Choose The Appropriate Selection At Checkout. If You Need To Reschedule Or Have Any Questions Contact Our Business Number During Business Hours. After 2 Failed Attempts To Exchange Products Shopper Must Pay A Shipping Fee. If You Received Your Item And It Is Incorrect On My Behalf Please Contact Me Within 7 Days With Pictures As Well. We Will Create Your Order Again As Well As Cover New Shipping Costs.
